ORDER FULFILMENT
All orders are processed within 24 - 72 hours, Tuesday - Friday.
PICK-UP
Pick-up by appointment
Available Tuesday - Friday from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. An email or text message will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. We are located in Markham, Ontario.
Please note local curtsied pickup is available for GTA residents. Please contact Å.Balloon to arrange a local pick up at aballoonca@gmail.com You will be waived the shipping fee during the completion of your order.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, Tuesday - Friday using Canada Post or UPS. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 business days. UPS delivery standard is 1 - 8 business days. Delivery times are based on normal delivery conditions and are subject to change without notice.
For USA orders, the customer is responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be incurred upon receipt of order. Please note that flat rate shipments to the USA are not tracked.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Filled balloon orders are available for delivery within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship filled balloons outside this area due to their delicate nature.
Å.Balloon is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped. If your package states that it has been delivered but not received, please contact your postal company (refer to the tracking number on your shipping confirmation) to file an incident report.
ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Kindly verify that your address is correct prior to completing your order. If packages are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, you will be charged additional shipping fees.
