We offer $15 flat rate shipping across Canada. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, Tuesday - Friday using Canada Post or UPS. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 business days. UPS delivery standard is 1 - 8 business days. Delivery times are based on normal delivery conditions and are subject to change without notice.

For USA orders, the customer is responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be incurred upon receipt of order. Please note that flat rate shipments to the USA are not tracked.  

International shipping is not available at this time.

Å.Balloon is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped.  If your package states that it has been delivered but not received, please contact your postal company (refer to the tracking number on your shipping confirmation) to file an incident report.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
